Zero Balance: this is when there is nothing left to repay on your mortgage loan.

Zero Lot Line: this is when a house is constructed on the boundary line of the property.

Zoning: specification, by a municipal or city authority, of areas for particular purposes; the type of use (residential, commercial, etc.) allowed for a property located within a specified area.

Zoning Ordinances: these are the laws regarding zoning and what is allowed to be built where as well as the codes they have to follow for safe construction practices.
