Money quotations

There is a special reason why I am putting the following money quotations on this site.

As you may know, your ability, mindset and many other things are environment dependent to a certain degree. Ideas, which are mainly expressed in words can affect you in a large measure.

The social and cultural milieu play an important role in what and how you are thinking and feeling. Consecutively your disposition towards something positive for you can be reinforced or diminished and even destroyed.

Just think about this example: Joe met you this morning and said that you are not looking very good.

Or, vice versa: Joe met you this morning and said that he is happy seeing you and that you are looking very good.

Oh, what a small difference in this little words but what a difference in how you will feel and what you will think of the whole day.

Words and ideas are powerful stuff. In fact, there is only one thing that is more powerful in the whole universe - and that is you as a being.

The following categories, which in one way or another have all to do with money, contain carefully selected quotations. The intent is that you pick up and/or maintain a point of view of the able person. And a more able earns more than a less able.

It would be a good idea to read some of this money quotations every day - just to maintain the gear.

Note (for the pedantic grammarian): from now on I will use the word quotes instead of quotations because the first is a generally accepted colloquialism although the last one is correct.
