The best thing to do is consolidate your debt into one loan, and destroy all other forms of credit so you are not tempted to use them. ● Spending more than you make. This doesn't sound possible. If you only make $2000 a month, how could you spend $2400 in a month? With the popularity of credits cards, this is happening more and more often. Borrowing from others, dipping into savings and using credit are the primary ways of spending more than you bring in. You might be able to get along with doing this for a few months, but soon, your trap-building habits will catch up with you. Before you know it, your savings vanish, your credit cards are maxed out and you can't borrow any more money. The best way to fight this is to make a budget. A budget helps to keep you from spending more money than you have and is a great way to help you eliminate debt. These are just some of the bad habits that you may have developed over time.
