How to define RSS?It is not difficult to define RSS (ReallySimpleSyndication) in a really simple way. Did you ever notice little orange buttons like this
With RSS you can get news about DVD releases, upcoming movies, newsfeeds from CNN and BBC, etc. without having to check the site every day or week. It is really a sort of speaking bookmark that tells you when there is something new and it's like having your favorite parts of the Web come to you. It is easy to start! You first need to get an RSS reader (a special software that reads the RSS feeds). Here you can download a 100% spyware and adware free RSS reader: Windows users: rssreader.com Mac users: ranchero.com Once you're set up, put the address of the RSS feeds you want to subscribe to into your downloaded reader. You can do it with any news source that are displaying the orange RSS icon. Simply right-click (Mac users should use Control-click) on any of the RSS buttons on a site that interests you. Now select Copy Shortcut (for Mac Copy Link to Clipboard and for Firefox browsers Copy Link Location) and paste that shortcut into your RSS Reader. And that's it!
